How it started

 

Jerry Worley Sr. was a foreman for MB Haynes when he decided to do residential tree work in his off time to try and provide better for his wife and 3 kids in 1989. He continued to grow the his side work into a business until the day came that he enjoyed working for himself and the customer to the point that he left MB Haynes to try his hand at his own business. That was 25 years ago. 

 

How it's changing face

 

Jerry Worley Jr. has helped his father with his side work ever since he was a child and wasn't attending school. Then when Jerry Jr. was 23 years old in 2008, he went to work for the military contractor, General Dynamics IT. He worked his way up to being a Senior Field Engineer and then was laid off in 2013 due to military budget cuts. A weekend after his layoff, he took his savings and bought half of his fathers tree company to try out that business venture and to keep from drawing unemployment. Now both the father and son are trying to make the company grow to where they become a known name once again in the tree service industry and both know that in order to do that, they will always try their utmost best to please the customer and provide a fully professional service.
